Congratulations to Greater Richmond Partnership for earning two Excellence in Economic Development Awards. The brochures in the category of Annual Report for communities with populations greater than 500,000 from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) were recognized with a Gold and Bronze award in the international competition.
The Excellence in Economic Development Awards recognize the Greater Richmond Partnership as being one of the leading organizations in the industry for innovation, creativity and successful strategies, said IEDC chair, Paul Krutko. These awards are meant to honor the organizations and individuals who are dedicated to making a positive change in their communities. This organization uses creative solutions and inventive ideas, and offers other regions a wonderful example to learn and benefit from. The awards represent an acknowledgment and appreciation for the Greater Richmond Partnership dedication to continuous growth within itself, as well as improving the industry overall.
Thoughtful detail is evident in the Business First Greater Richmond Annual Report, which was awarded Gold. The publication boasts powerful data and bold graphics to illustrate the thriving workforce landscape, much of which can be credited to the organization’s commitment to regional businesses.
