CCWA Announces Technology Classes at the Wakefield Training Center

Wakefield-Training-Center1The Wakefield Training Center in Sussex County is now home to several CCWA technology classes, beginning this fall, through a partnership with the Wakefield Foundation.  On August 25, CCWA staff members visited the newly renovated technology space and toured the training center.

The classes, which include WordPress, Basic Computer Skills, Internet Basics, Excel 2014 – Level 1 and Introduction to Windows Movie Maker, will provide expanded offerings to the Sussex County community beginning September 22, 2014.

Congratulations to Nina Sims, Keondra Mitchell, Heather Everett, Shauna Davis and the Open Enrollment team for First Place honors in the Schedule of Classes category for the January – July 2013 edition and Second Place honors in the category for the VCCA annual statewide Marketing Awards for the Richmond Flying Squirrels Community Night flyer.
