Juan already had a bachelor's degree and was working at an area high school, but he quickly realized that wasn't what he wanted to do. He connected with CCWA and the team helped him manage paperwork and find tuition assistance. Now working on his fourth IT certification, Juan held a summer internship with the Virginia State Bar and now has a full-time position with the same organization — one that he enjoys.
