CCWA participants grant permission to staff and instructors to utilize photographs/video captured on the date(s) and at the location(s) for use in CCWA's print, television, video, and web-based advertising, promotions, and publications, including electronic formats. With registration, participants waive any rights to review or approve the final materials, as well as any entitlement to royalties or compensation related to the use of such media. Questions regarding this policy can be submitted in writing before the course start date, and failure to do so implies acceptance of the terms of this release.
