Cliff sought a new career that would improve his life and provide a better future for his daughter. His passions led him to pursue a Manufacturing Technician 1 certification at CCWA, equipping him with the skills to make a difference. With support from his instructor and Network2WorkRVA's employer liaison, Cliff connected with a manufacturing employer and successfully landed a job. Now, he envisions a future as an entrepreneur with patented inventions. Reflecting on his experience, Cliff says his journey with CCWA and Network2WorkRVA has changed his life—“for the better.”
