  • Financial aid for class prerequisites or supplies
  • Additional personal coaching, counseling and connection to community partners

Connecting Directly with Employers

Network2Work is a mutually beneficial program that matches quality jobseekers with employers who have open jobs that pay a decent wage and can lead to a career. Once a jobseeker selects a job they want to pursue, we connect them directly to the training and support resources that can help them get and keep their preferred job.

Professional Development for Better Employability

Improve your employability skills as you prepare for your next career by enrolling in our professional development course Journey to a New Career: Customer Service with Career Exploration.

With a small class size and a team of supportive staff, this class is a great introduction to online learning. It can help you develop your communication and problem-solving skills for a broad range of positions across sales, service, and retail industries. You can also earn a customer service industry credential and boost your computer and professional skills. Career exploration and coaching will help you identify your next steps for education or employment.

Sponsored by CCWA's Coaching and Career Services department, this class runs longer than other Customer Service classes and includes personal meetings with the staff.
