CCWA launched a new course, Culinary Fundamentals, this past summer designed for those with a passion for culinary arts and who are striving to get their first restaurant job. The course covers essential skills for successful employment in food service and is perfect for those looking for entry-level roles in the culinary industry.

Courses were offered two evenings a week for four weeks and held in the state-of-the-art profession kitchens at Reynolds Community College.
